Yoga for the body and mind.
I first came across yoga in 2014 and was not prepared for how hard I would fall in love with it. What started as a training exercise at university quickly became a fundamental in my life. Amongst the unquantifiable benefits, it taught (and continues to teach) me the importance of being in the present moment. So after graduating I took the leap to Goa, India where I qualified as a RYT-200hr Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
I have a great passion for the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of Yoga. I really believe in the importance of creating an environment where practitioners are able to explore, challenge, and show compassion to their bodies alongside their mind. I love working with people, sharing my knowledge and helping them to discover. Be it a refreshed mindset or a new asana, it’s an honour to inspire others to take the time to practise self-love.
Namayaste is my vision of wanting to create not only a safe open space to share the benefits of a yoga practice and knowledge, but also a complete mindful experience. Which is why I have added a few of my own personal touches that I am very excited to share with you.

A set sequence influenced by the Primary Series. All levels welcome but beginners please be prepared for a more intensive class.
